Château Cornillon is a charming escape that embodies rustic elegance, reminiscent of those picturesque Italian villas that spark an immediate sense of warmth and familiarity. I visited with my parents this summer, and Janine was the heart of our experience — her welcoming nature made us feel right at home, along with Gaspard, her adorable dog. Our spacious room bathed in natural light was a true sanctuary, complete with a comfy bed and a delightful bathroom. Mornings were a treat, indulging in the Italian breakfast that kicked off our days perfectly, with fresh pastries that I still dream about! Plus, the gorgeous terrace overlooking a serene garden was an ideal spot for a leisurely breakfast. Free WiFi made it easy to share our adventures, and I appreciated having the chance to connect with the local area while enjoying the peaceful, rural vibes of the chateau. It was a delightful experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy getaway.
